Request for Tracking of Certificates or IDs
Use this form to request tracking information on a certificate or ID card that you earned by completing one of our courses. You should have received your certificate or ID within 4 weeks of completing a course.
We will research your request and try to track your lost certificate. We will also verify your enrollment, previous requests, comments, etc. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this approval process. If we issue a replacement certificate or ID, you should receive it in another 2-3 weeks.
Please note that we cannot issue copies of previously submitted exams nor accept exams for completed courses for regrading.
