Flamel College is staffed mostly by volunteers, and it may take a week or more to process your inquiry. Please review the Student FAQs and Orientation page before contacting us, as most of your questions are answered there.

We receive over 4,000 emails every month and have contracted with a spam-filtering service. If you have not previously registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Spam Arrest when you attempt to contact us. Former students may request copies of certificates and diplomas earned through Flamel College. Students seeking replacements or duplicates for lost, stolen, destroyed, or outdated certificates should follow the link below and fill out the forms. Please be sure to indicate which certificate you are seeking to replace in the comments section. We will review our records, and if you earned the certificate, we will send out to have a new one prepared and shipped to you. The process usually takes 3-4 weeks. The fee is $25 per certificate or diploma.
