NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

HOW TO ENROLL

New students may enroll in any of our Individual Classes or choose to enroll in one of our structured Study Programs to receive certificates and diplomas in a variety of disciplines. Credit for classes is earned through correspondence study, and specific Home Study Programs are available. Check the Class Catalog for specific information on individual courses. To enroll online, simply go to the course description page and click the "enroll" button. We now have a Shopping Cart system to make it easier to enroll in multiple classes at one time. You can use it to pay tuition by mail, fax, PayPal, Internet check, or online with a credit card.

COURSE MATERIALS

All textbooks, manuals, and other class materials are provided with the course. You do not have to purchase anything else. Your course package is sent by Priority Mail within three days of enrollment. If you need expedited enrollment and quicker shipping, please select the "rush" option during checkout. You may also change the shipping method at that time.

SUBMITTING EXAMS

The fastest turn-around time for exams is to email your answers to us. All Email Exam Submissions should be sent to exams@comcast.net. Exams submitted to this email address will be logged, copied, and forwarded to instructors for the fastest turn-around time. You must include your current mailing address on the exam or it will not be processed. Foreign students must include their complete mailing address, a phone number, and a current email address or the exam will not be processed. These new rules are required by the post office, homeland security, and international customs. Please note that some lab materials cannot be shipped to all international addresses.

You may also mail the answers to Flamel College, P.O. Box 22309, Sacramento, CA 95822-0309 or fax to (916) 760-0823. Mailing or faxing takes 4-6 longer to turn-around than email submissions, because exams must be forwarded to instructors. Please do not send exams by certified or registered mail as this will further delay their delivery. Your original test will be returned with your instructor’s comments and a percentile grade, as well as the appropriate certificate if you passed the course with a score of 70% or higher.
